The Atlantic District Officiating Program suffered another loss this weekend. Ed O'Donnell, 45, passed away during a High School game in Pennsauken, NJ Friday night. He was not feeling well during the second period and left the ice. A home team parent who was a doctor went into the locker room to assist him. Unfortunately, Ed apparently suffered a heart attack and could not be revived....

Ed had been a Local Supervisor of Officials and a former member of Seminar Instructors Staff in the Atlantic District. He is survived by his wife Janice and three school-age children.
