Memorial Arrangements for Jay Ippolito Announced

I am sorry to inform you of the passing of Jay Ippolito, a veteran USA Hockey official from the North Jersey area, after a long illness. Here are the arrangements:

Van Pelt Funeral Home

1331 Saddle River Road

Fairlawn, NJ

The services will be held on Tuesday, July 26 as follows:

2 pm - 4 pm: Viewing

7 pm - 9 pm: Viewing

The funeral service for Jay is scheduled for Wednesday, July 27, 2005 at 9:30am at St. Ann's Church in Fairlawn, NJ.
