Payments for game fees in the Atlantic Hockey League and the Metropolitan Junior Hockey League are made by voucher. The instructions for submitting a voucher are as follows:
Prior to the start of the game have the manager or coach of the home team fill in the game number and have them initial the voucher for the game in the indicated area. When you want to receive payment for your games, mail the vouchers to the AMHL address. Keep the yellow copy of the voucher for your record. Use the last four digits of your SSN # as the invoice #.
