Hishmeh and Ritchie to Work IIHF Tournaments in 2006-07

Tony Mariconda wrote, "On behalf of the entire Atlantic District Officiating Program Staff, we would like to congratulate Meghan Hishmeh and Bob Ritchie. They have been selected by USA Hockey to officiate in an IIHF tournament abroad."

  • Meghan will be working as a Linesman in the Women's World Championships at Winnipeg and Selkirk, Canada, April 3 -10, 2007.
  • Bob will be working as a Referee in the World Junior Championships at Leksand and Mora, Sweden, Dec. 26, 2006 - Jan. 5, 2007.Continue reading »

USA Hockey Standards of Play and Rule Emphasis Interpretations

USA Hockey has published the following interpretations of the new Standards of Play and Rule Emphasis in order to address some of the most frequent questions about the changes to our game:
