Tony Mariconda wrote, "We have completed the final USA Hockey Officiating Program Seminar for the 2002-2003 Season. New officials can no longer register with USA Hockey for this season. Seminars for the 2003-2004 Season will begin in August. Please refer to the Seminars Page in July to see the dates and locations for next season's seminars. The On-Line Registration System was a huge success and we will be using it again for next season. Please make sure that you register early! Seminars will fill up fast."
